In the standard onboarding process, the client or an authorized team member authenticates and connects the relevant data sources. Fractional CMO provides guidance but does not require the client to hand over passwords for connected platforms. Clients remain responsible for deciding which systems to connect and for ensuring they have the authority to provide or make available any personal information contained in those systems.
