Important clarification
Publication names and logos are used only to identify media outlets or source material. Their appearance does not mean that an outlet sponsors, endorses, certifies, partners with, or approves Fractional CMO, Redfern Media, Draye Redfern, any service, or any marketing claim.
This notice explains how Fractional CMO uses media references and publication logos on FractionalCMO.com and related materials. It is intended to give visitors a clear, accurate understanding of what phrases such as "featured in" or "our founders or our process have been featured in" mean.
What "Featured In" Means
When Fractional CMO refers to a founder, team member, method, or process as having been featured in a publication, the statement may refer to editorial coverage, a profile, an interview, a quotation, an article that discusses the person or method, or another documented media reference.
The statement should not be read to mean that every publication featured Fractional CMO as a company, reviewed the current Fractional CMO service, tested its results, or endorsed its products or services.
Qualified wording For that reason, the preferred website wording is: "Our founders or our process have been featured in" rather than a broader statement that could imply that Fractional CMO itself was independently reviewed or endorsed by every displayed outlet.
No Endorsement or Affiliation
Unless expressly stated in writing by the applicable organization, media references do not create or imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, approval, or affiliation. Publication names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
A logo may be used only as a reference to documented media coverage or source material and should not be positioned or described in a way that suggests the outlet recommends Fractional CMO or guarantees its services or results.
Documented Media References
The following examples provide primary-source support for references involving Draye Redfern and his marketing work. These examples support qualified founder/process wording rather than a blanket claim that each outlet reviewed the present Fractional CMO offering.

Use of Other Publication Logos
Any additional publication logo should be displayed only when Fractional CMO has a dated, reviewable source supporting the specific media reference. Acceptable support may include the original article or page, a publisher-hosted archive, an authenticated copy, or another reliable record showing the publication, date, and connection to the founder, team member, method, or process.
If support for a logo cannot be produced, the logo should be removed until documentation is obtained. Repetition of a claim on a biography, social profile, speaker page, or third-party summary is not a substitute for the original publication record when the original source can reasonably be located.
Accuracy of Descriptions
Media references should describe the underlying source accurately. A short mention should not be presented as a full feature. A founder interview or profile should not be represented as a review of Fractional CMO. An article about a method or prior engagement should not be described as an endorsement of the current service.
Where context matters, Fractional CMO may use more specific wording such as "Draye Redfern was profiled by," "Draye Redfern was mentioned in," "our founder was featured in," or "our process was discussed in" rather than relying on a publication logo alone.
Trademarks and Editorial Independence
All third-party publication names, logos, and trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders. Fractional CMO does not claim ownership of those marks. References are intended solely to identify the source of editorial coverage or media discussion.
Editorial decisions belong to the applicable publisher or author. Unless a source expressly says otherwise, a media reference should not be interpreted as a statement by the publisher about the quality, value, performance, legality, or expected results of Fractional CMO services.
Corrections and Updates
Media pages, URLs, archives, and publication records can change over time. Fractional CMO may update or remove media references when a source changes, becomes unavailable, is found to be inaccurate, or can no longer be substantiated.
If you believe a media reference on FractionalCMO.com is inaccurate or should be clarified, please contact us with the publication name and the page where the reference appears.
